He brings leadership experience across biotech companies and multinational CDMO organizations, with a strong track record in integrating scientific, operational, and business resources. He currently focuses on pipeline strategy, external collaboration, and enterprise-level decision-making.

Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Neathera. Dr. Yang is responsible for overseeing portfolio governance, resource allocation, and cross-functional execution.She received scientific training from Peking University, University of Utah, The University of Chicago, and University of California at Berkeley, and has held senior research and management roles at Bayer and several biotech companies. She currently drives program prioritization, mechanism validation, platform build-out, and execution of key collaborations.

Dr. Li leads Medical Affairs and Access at Neathera, focusing on identifying clinical needs, hospital collaboration, and medical strategy input. He brings experience in hospital pharmacy management, clinical pharmacy, and clinical trial administration, and has long been involved in innovation-oriented translational platforms. He currently supports KOL engagement, site feasibility, and alignment between clinical practice and development strategy.

Ms. Huang leads Analytical Sciences and Quality at Neathera, focusing on analytical methods, testing platforms, and quality systems. She brings more than 20 years of industry experience across research institutes, testing centers, innovative biotech companies, and the WuXi AppTec ecosystem. She currently builds the data and quality foundation required for scalable development and regulatory readiness.

Ms. Chen leads Operations and Regulatory Program Management at Neathera, focusing on program planning, submission strategy, and cross-functional execution. She brings 15 years of experience in biologics regulatory affairs and program management, including multiple innovative biologics IND/BLA programs and FDA IND projects. She currently drives governance cadence, milestone delivery, and coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Dr. Yang leads Market Strategy and Industry Affairs at Neathera, focusing on disease-area insights, product positioning, and external scientific communication. She combines clinical training with extensive industry experience in plasma-derived products and cell therapy. She currently supports market intelligence, competitive landscape analysis, and the company’s external narrative.

Dr. Wang leads Nonclinical Development at Neathera, focusing on pharmacology, safety evaluation, and pre-IND research strategy. He brings more than 10 years of early-stage drug development experience and is skilled at translating scientific questions into executable research plans. He currently drives IND-enabling study design, external nonclinical collaboration, and the delivery of decision-quality data.
